This course will focus on the broad methodology behind evaluation, the roles and functions of an evaluator,the use of evaluation templates, data collectiontools, data analysis(including basic introduction to root cause analysis and rubrics concepts) and exercise outcome and evaluation reporting formats.

This tailored trainingis highly interactive and focuses on the ‘D-Cycle’elements relating to the design and delivery of exercise evaluation. The ‘D-Cycle’ is an exercise development system that incorporates evaluation methodologies and techniques to enhance theevaluation process.
